I have bought several products from CT. Too many to review but each one from moisturisers to magic foundations, brow enhancers etc have been splendid.
I had 1 blip. I received a wrong item in an order or 4 items; within 24 hours I received the correct replacement. I had to send 1 email with proof of contents received and was informed from their superb customer services team at many stages where my replacement was and when to expect it. I give this company 10 stars for product excellence and 20 for customer service. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Francesca was very helpful in resolving the issue I had with returning or exchanging a product I recently bought in-store. She was very kind and patient.
